Can/would anyone identify this snoopy guy, possibly sent by Fogbow Obot group to last week’s hearing? Where have you seen him before?
I noticed that he was holding what might be a camera phone.

P.S. I didn’t see the “suit” talking to anyone. He just kept looking at us and writing. My friend and I were trying to figure out who he was and what he was up to.
He was way too far away to be taking notes on Orly’s interview. You almost would have had to be standing right next to her to hear what she was saying.
The man talking to Orly in the photo on OBC site walked up to this guy and said, “Who are you?” The suit came back with, “Who are you?”
