Orly Taitz Issues Subpoena to Sheriff Arpaio for Obama Georgia Eligibility Case

The attorney for a Georgia resident, David Farrar, and Presidential candidates Dr. Laurie Roth, Cody Judy, Leah Lax and MacLearn has issued a subpoena to Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio who sanctioned a volunteer Cold Case Posse to investigate Obama’s alleged forged birth certificate and alleged use of a social security number not issued to him.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio has a short introduction to Sheriff Richard Mack’s stand aanigst the Clinton administration, which tried to undermine the role of Sheriff as the ultimate law enforcement authority, on the back cover of the short book, The County Sheriff, America’s Last Hope.Being elected into office, the Sheriff’s of America are answerable only to those who have elected them and to no one else. I guess Clinton didn’t like competition.

Dearest Orly – you’ve been through the ringer and you keep going. I respect and admire you enormously and so does everyone I know – everyone ! Thank you for all your hard work and I am sure Sheriff Joe would be happy to ally with you and share his information. Keep up the great work and all those libs that write bad stuff, they’re all paid by obama to do that and to try to intimidate you – I know you ignore them and I know you have 90% of the citizens of the U.S. ON YOUR SIDE – the other 10% are uneducated and uniformed.

Orly Taitz is officially hurting the cause. She has no business subpenaing Sheriff Arpaio. She needs to be put on a very short leash. Arpaio doesn;t need to be dragged off to testify in a court case on information his team hasn’r even finished yet. If she was smart and this is a really big if she would ASK the Sheriff to testify not subpena him. She needs to learn who her friends are. She has a bigger elitist ego than Obama going around trying to get people who are working on this problem to reveal their hand before it is time to. If she has a case she doen’t need Sheriff Arpaio to testify. I for one am sick and tired of her stupidity ruining a good thing. Orly drop your subpena for Joe!! It is not benefical for him to testify or be put under oath to testify about his investigation until it is finished.

We don’t know if she discussed it with him. There are certain big advantages to having him there, since he initiated the ONLY official investigation of “Obama” in the nation. Since his report should be almost complete, he would have a lot of facts, but it would steal the thunder from his big announcement to come. I’d like to see that report sooner rather than later, since the criminal Holder is moving heaven and earth to silence Sheriff Joe.

There are legal reasons for a subpoena. Often they protect the one being served the subpoena. Just to scratch the surface, Sheriff Joe in order to “volunteer” to come to GA to testify would have to take vacation time. Under a subpoena, he is given time off. The court will have to pay his travel fees to subpoena him, etc, etc. So please lay off the only one with a set of cajunas to do this job. And have you noticed, the only ONE w/ the cajunas to do it is a WOMAN!!!!!

This is such an important issue when you consider the “Natural Born Citizen” requirement and the original intent that a president be born of two American citizens.
Further, it is so important when you consider what is happening in this country as a result of this:
1. We are on the brink of economic collapse.
2. the American public is being fractionated into minority and special interest groups
3. populist rhetoric prevails over sound economic thought
4. the courts are being run by liberal thugs with socialist agendas
5. unions and political party hacks are threatening social stability
6. liberalism is breaching our borders and national security
In the days of the Soviet Union or Mao-led China, you never heard of anyone trying to sneak (illegally enter) into those countries. Nor in North Korea nor Iran now!

Interesting thing in class today. Professor is Dr. Wang. He lives half the year in US, half in China. We were talking about the cultural differences between the two countries. He said “in China if they caught a serial killer, he would be sentenced and put to death with in 7 days. Here in US, they would take years and years and years. All the psychologists would have to study him to find out why he did it, then all the bleeding hearts would have to prove they could rehabilitate him!” Point is, we need swift justice. Deal with it & quit being so wishy washy!!!!
