Orly Taitz pursues Cold Case Posse Chief Investigator Mike Zullo Indiana Subpoena, offers to pay expenses.

Orly: Maybe donating to the Cold Case Posse would get better results.

Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure, Rule 45(G):

(G) Tender of fees. Service of a subpoena upon a person named therein shall be made by delivering a copy thereof to such person who shall be required to attend outside his county of residence as provided in section (C), and by so tendering to him the fees for one [1] day’s attendance and the mileage allowed by law.

So ……. Orly was supposed to include a check for the cost of travel with the subpoena when served.

- It would not have mattered if she’d tendered the fee. The subpoena is invalid and unenforceable outside the state in IN without a court order from AZ. And that’s setting aside the issue of trial by ambush.. not. gonna. happen. In addition this was not an evidentiary hearing, so no witnesses were going to testify. One would think she’d have learned that last time, but she doesn’t learn from the past.
  
  Not to mention the fact that neither Zullo, Arpaio nor Corsi are ever going to voluntarily submit to discovery and/or cross-examination.

Real Lawyer , Orly may not be the best lawyer around but she is a true patriot unlike so many of you so called Real Lawyers who care more about how you can subvert the law then uphold it .
