Peacefully grant all Citizens legal standing in any court, enabling a case on the merits regarding Obama’s ineligibility.

According to Art 2 of the Constitution, the President must be a natural born citizen. Because Obama’s father was never a US citizen, it’s impossible for him to be natural born, even if he was born in Hawaii.
The Civil Right’s Act states “That all persons born in the United States and not subject to any foreign power, excluding Indians not taxed, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States”
Obama admits himself that he was born a British subject, but lost it at adulthood, so this proves he can’t be natural born. These facts are validated by Supreme Court Case Minor v. Happersett which states “it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens”
Thanks Tracy. But you know that the 535 members that make up this criminal cabal knows that. They were sent all this information from the onset of this criminal usurpation of the high office.

Isn’t it convenient? By allowing Obama to remain in office illegally it opens the door to more illegals like Marco Rubio. Our Congress refuses to act because they think that by allowing one usurper to remain in office that when it comes their turn that they too will be allowed to do so as well. I hope they are wrong but after what our leaders have allowed Obama to do to this country I no longer have any faith in any one of them. None are worthy of their oath of office.

Tracy, You might as well ask O to plead guilty to treason. After being involved in this for more than 4 years and watching the judicial system obfusca at every turn, this is just not going to happen. Another metaphor, it’s like spitting into the wind.

Well, I am suspicious. He just said that anyone involved in the States who have signed for Secede the Union will be Exiled. There are NOW “47″ states that have filed to Secede the Union.
So? What does he want ..names and addresses of who all he can ship out of the country?
