Protest to GA Senator on SOS Ballot Certification, to Demand AG Action

Above: Georgia Attorney-General Sam Olens
Senator Gooch:
It is the mission statement and the constitutional responsibility of the AG, in support of the office of the governor, to investigate state officers. See the precedent from the GaPundit, below.
SOS Kemp broke the Georgia elections laws when he listed an un-vetted candidate on the primary ballot. Kemp is getting ready to do it again, if in fact he has not done so already. The stench of Kemp’s transgressions with the law has reached national media level.
Now would be a good time for you to direct AG Olens to do his job and investigate Kemp for violation of GA O.C.G.A. 21-2-5 (a) & (c), enumerated previously in numerous emails and faxes to your office and excerpted below. Note in (c) that the vetting is not done by the DNC, RNC, or Marijuana Party; it is done by the SOS, by law!
Zeb Blanchard
Blairsville
O.C.G.A. § 21-2-5 (2011)
(a) Every candidate for federal and state office who is certified by the state executive committee of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.
(c) The Secretary of State shall determine if the candidate is qualified to seek and hold the public office for which such candidate is offering.

Question: Does Mr. Kemp follow the advice of Zeb Blanchard, or is he guided by the determination of the state court? As an official of the State of Georgia, he is bound by the decisions of the courts of the State of Georgia.
You know the answer.

I would love to see that S.O.B. leave office as soon as psosible but, in disgrace. Mr. Berg has trouble with the courts due to his issues of standing. I believe it’s because it’s a civil matter. Obama must be twisting in the win due to the former governor of Illinois what he might say. It could be another Nixon issue again! the other is Lieut. Col. Lakin. Mr. Lakin is being court-martialed and is a criminal affair. As a criminal act, he has standing and therefore he will also have discovery. With discovery, subpoenas will fly into the White House. It will be a very interesting summer, hopefully a very hot hot hot one for him.

Berg, Lakin? Are you in a time warp? It is Oct 14, 2012.

Thom, when you make the statement if I reemebmr my civil rights history, I believe African, was not used in the 60?s to describe race, no matter where you were from . That should be verifiable by simply seeking out other black peoples birth certificates issued from that office during that time that Obama was supposedly there and finding out how that office described races.
