Whaaaaa? Not one other mention of eligibility. He wants to raise a frosty mug with the USURPER? Is he the one copping out? After taking so much of our money and getting our hopes up, he has totally refused to bring charges to ANY prosecutor and refused to testify in court, making the Cold Case Posse findings slightly less useful than toilet paper. The courts refer to such unsupported evidence as mere “hearsay.” The Cold Case Posse siphoned away a lot of money which could have instead be used for other research, obtaining evidence or legal expenses.
Messrs. Arpaio and Zuillo: in addition to filling out affidavits, we would really like you to take them to COURT with you and actually testify, which you have been loathe to do. Surely you must know that otherwise, the courts regard affidavits as mere “hearsay.” Why haven’t you brought charges to a prosecutor? Why aren’t you working with grand juries?

Defiant and reflective, 80-year-old Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio told Breitbart News after winning re-election that he has a message for President Barack Obama: granting amnesty to illegal immigrants is unfair to legal immigrants.
And Arpaio would like to discuss amnesty — along with border security issues — with Obama “man to man” directly at the White House. He would also like to reach out to Hispanic groups he said have misunderstood his intentions and bought into the negative “propaganda” about him.
“I wish the president would invite me to the White House,” Arpaio told Breitbart News. “We’ll have some wine and beer, and light up cigars.”
That’s called ‘supping with the devil’ where I come from, Joe.

This saddens me in that Sheriff Joe Arpaio is giving the impression that he ‘might’ be joining forces with Obama. This simply is not like Sheriff Jo. However, those of us in AZ have to remember that our Governor Jan Brewer has been up to some tricks already. We do not want health exchanges & no matter how many people write or call her she has not given the impression that she will back down on this. She is timed out when her term is over with so I guess she figures that she can do what she wishes. She certainly is not popular with the people in this state & yet it doesn’t seem to bother her. Who knows, perhaps she has been promised a position with BHO. Nothing would surprise me at this point.

Sheriff Joe should be made to pay back the money that was donated to him from terrified Americans. This is the fault of FoxNews. They forced Romney on everyone. After Santorum had to drop out the rest of the states had no choice. Fox was in the tank for Romney from the start. The Rino establishment was gonna have Mitt or else. They thought everyone would hold their nose and vote but some did not. Now they spend all day every day talking about Benghazi. Obama will never be impeached. McCain said yesterday that the coverup in Benghazi should be the most important issue to Americans. I guess all of Obama’s forged IDs and his stolen SSN is not important. It must not be because Fox won’t let anybody on the air if they want to talk about that. Even Rush and Hanity won’t allow any caller to talk about it. Karl Rove said Obama was eligible. I just can not believe what is happening. I’m finished with the Rino Party
