“Well, when the president does it, that means it is not illegal.” (Sound Familiar?) Dear Fellow Americans: At a time of international crisis, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta is channeling Richard Nixon to justify Obama’s national security leaks, leaks that risk our national security and put our troops in danger. Leon Panetta gave an interview to CBS on Tuesday, in the course of which he was asked several questions about the publication of No Easy Day, an account of the bin Laden raid by a member of SEAL Team Six. When asked what the difference was between publishing the book and Obama granting Hollywood filmmakers special access to sensitive operational materials, Panetta had this to say: “There’s a fundamental difference. The people that presented some of the details of the operations were authorized to do that by the president of the United States, who has that authority to do that, and inform the American people as to what happened.” Reread the quote above.. Panetta not only just admitted that Obama leaked national security secrets, but he justified Obama’s actions with the Nixonian rationale, “Well, when the president does it, that means it is not illegal.” Obama’s Leaks Put Our Troops in Danger Sign the Petition – Demand Panetta’s Immediate Resignation In 1977, British journalist David Frost conducted a series of interviews with former President Richard Nixon. During one of the interviews, when asked by Frost about whether or not he believed the president could rightfully engage in illegal actions, Nixon responded by saying:“Well, when the president does it, that means it is not illegal.” Sound familiar? There is no question that Leon Panetta is using a Nixonian defense of unbridled executive privilege – which was proven unconstitutional long ago – to justify the Obama administration’s abhorrent actions. Instead of “FORWARD,” Obama’s campaign slogan should be “BACKWARD,” back to the days of cover-ups at the highest levels of government, back to the days of unchecked executive power, and back to the days of having a president who believes that the rule of law does not apply to him. With the Middle East on the brink of collapse, now, more than ever, we need a leader, not a career politician, as our Secretary of Defense. We need someone who stands by our troops and commits to safeguarding their operational secrets. We need someone who condemns giving the media and Hollywood producers access to sensitive materials on clandestine operations, instead of trying to justify such actions. That someone is not Leon Panetta. Obama’s Leaks Put Our Troops in Danger Sign the Petition – Demand Panetta’s Immediate Resignation Special Operations Speaks vehemently condemns the leaks of the Obama administration and the special access Obama has granted to his friends in Hollywood. We are committed to ensuring the safety of our troops, especially during such a dire time in the history of this great country. We will not be satisfied with a Secretary of Defense who looks to Richard Nixon for ethical justification of politically-motivated actions. If you believe that our troops deserve better than a Secretary of Defense who justifies the Obama administration leaking sensitive operational secrets – secrets that put our troops in danger – with an outrageous defense of unconstitutional executive power that Richard Nixon himself used, then I urge you to sign our petition calling for Leon Panetta’s resignation. Together, we will fight to protect our troops, restore honor to the executive branch, and return balance to our federal system of government. Sign the Petition – Demand Panetta’s Immediate Resignation Sincerely,
Larry Bailey P.S. The Middle East is being torn apart by Islamic terrorists who find it acceptable to violate the sovereignty of our embassies and murder our fellow countrymen. Obama’s lack of a cohesive and strong foreign policy, grounded in an unrelenting belief in American exceptionalism, has only made things worse. His apologies for our greatness, his appointments of inept politicians, like Leon Panetta, to high-ranking posts in the Department of Defense, Department of State, and Department of Homeland Security, and his refusal to support our allies (he could not find time between fundraisers this week to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu) only add fuel to an already blazing fire. America will not survive four more years of an Obama presidency.Help Special Operations Speaks guarantee America’s security by making a contribution today. Panetta is not enough. What about all the gutless politically correct military men and women who sold out Lt. Cdr. Fitzpatrick?
What about all the lying, corrupt, politically correct cowards in courts all over this country, like cowards Kemp and Malihi in Georgia and hundreds of others, who sold out America and every courageous citizen like Carl Swennson seeking to legally condemn the gang rape of our precious constitution by the President, but instead is being gang raped by these criminals running our corrupt courts?
What about the cutless criminals in the Dept. of Health in Hawaii who are blatantly gang raping our precious Constitution and spitting in the faces of Sheriff Arpaio and his investigators?
What about that gutless coward Roberts on the Supreme Court and all the others who will not do their duty and define what is meant by “natural born citizen”?
What about all the criminal cowards in the U.S. government who have deliberately prevented release of public documents about Obama?
No, Panetta is not enough; all these other gutless cowards must also be fired and prosecuted and included in the petition. Until they are, do not sign.
In fact, what about politically correct General Betrayus? Shouldn’t he be on the petition also? What he was called by a Navy Admiral cannot be printed here.

“The Bitch in the Ditch” vs. “General Betray Us”
By Captain Eric H. May – Military Correspondent
Here is a brief quote from the above article by Captain May, former U.S. Army Intelligence Officer:
“The mainstream media made the most it could out of the general’s song and dance routine, and strenuously avoided covering his flaws. They glossed over his slip of saying that he did not know whether the Iraq war was making the United States any safer. They didn’t repeat the unkind remarks of his superior, CENTCOM Commander Admiral William Fallon, who had called him “an ass kissing little chicken shit.” They conveniently forgot about the suspicious death of the West Point ethics professor, Colonel Ted Westhusing, serving under Petraeus in Iraq, who had been shot in the head after confronting the general for careerism and the mercenary USIS corporation for corruption. They downplayed the fact that two of the seven Iraq war noncoms who co-authored an Aug. 19 New York Times anti-surge op-ed, “The War As We Saw It,” were killed on the very day that Petraeus came before Congress. “
