Dear Mr. Miller:
Below and attached is a scanned copy of the letter I just received from the Secretary of State, AKA Florida Supervisor of Elections, in response to the Obama Ballot Challenge I filed 9 January 2012 with him and Attorney General Pam Bundi. The Constitution of the State of Florida (1838) and as amended through 2008 and by adoption of the 2012 Federal Qualifying Handbook (October 2011) the State of Florida has accepted the qualifications for President and Vice President listed therein, based solely on the Certifications of Qualifications from the Political Parties.Read carefully, looks like we have no protection from fraud by either Party. Still waiting for response from the Attorney General.

See if 102.168 also applies to primaries. If it does, get an attorney, wait til after the primary and file the complaint in the proper circuit court.
People need to anticipate that letters to AGs and SoS are generally not going to be successful. It is important to get an attorney and follow the law in the state. Complaints filed pro se will be very difficult.
To check out the law in your state, just google “search your state code” and a searchable code for your state will result. then look for the election code or search for “challenge” or “contest candidate qualifications”. the result will be how to mount a ballot challenge in your state.
if not then you need to get legislation passed so that ordinary citizens have standing to challenge qualifications and the SoS is charged with checking the qualifications. the qualifications should be spelled out in the legislation. Every state legislature is now in session. go for it !!!

After ALL OBOZO’S done to destroy our country, I don’t understand why anybody would cover for this CRIMINAL!!!..As far as I’m concerned, FL. is AIDING and ABETTING a COMMON, LOW LIFE CRIMINAL and should be held ACCOUNTABLE!!

it is extremely sucipsious but in a roundtable audio discussion with Zebest and others, they got him to admit it’s a forgery.It is a fake. It must be, regardless of the original it is a fake. Not only is the graphic evidence overwhelming, but for God’s sake, the history of the last step of the creation of the thing was left (presumably accidentally) left embedded in the layers (normally the layers are purged of their clipboard and history and flattened down, or simply re-saved after the purging). That history embedded in the layers is really the absolute killer. There is plenty to conclude a forgery easily without it, but the damn thing admits its own guilt in the layers, and the top experts agree. It’s a fake.I’ll have to look up the link. or better yet you go to ObamaFake and in the archives there is a post about the roundtable discussion. Click on the link and listen. It’s an hour but as fascinating an hour as you can spend.Mr. Goldberg, with respect, it’s time to demonstrate your journalistic integrity and deal with the facts. You have advanced your career rightfully exposing the bias on the left. If you do not address this issue on the facts and please do your frigging homework this time, class then IMO you are just as guilty of journalistic breech of ethics as they are and then your books, with respect, aren’t worth a plug nickle. For you, my friend, it seems this is where the tire meets the highway. What will it be journalistic integrity or journalistic integrity only when its convenient?
