Susan Daniels Files Ballot Challenge Over “Obama’s” Social Security Fraud

Susan Daniels, Neil Sankey and others long ago unearthed the Obama Social Security fraud, demonstrating convincingly that he has used at least 16 numbers, none of which are his. But attorneys, except for Orly Taitz, have been reluctant to use this damning information in cases, claiming it doesn’t prove he is ineligible. However, a citizen, even a natural born Citizen, born and working here, would surely need to have a valid SSN. So, why is Obama illegally/feloniously using a number which is not his? Good question.

If Barack Obama has an immediate eligibility problem, it is more likely to derive from the Social Security Number he has been using for the last 25 years than from his birth certificate.
Ohio private investigator Susan Daniels has seen to that. On Monday, July 2, she filed suit in Geauga County (Ohio) Common Pleas Court demanding that Jon Husted, Ohio secretary of state, remove Obama’s name from the ballot until Obama can prove the validity of his Social Security Number.
Daniels, who has vetted thousands of Social Security Numbers for numerous other clients, has done her homework. In her filing, she thoroughly documents her contention “that Barack Obama has repeatedly, consistently, and with intent misrepresented himself by using a fraudulently obtained Social Security Number.”
To acquire appropriate standing in court, Daniels has gone to the trouble of establishing herself as a valid write-in candidate for president. Before she is through, this 70-something mother of seven, who has been a licensed Ohio PI since 1995, may cause Obama more trouble than the Romney campaign.
Daniels started her investigation in August 2009. Given her profession, she has been able to access a variety of proprietary databases. What she learned without much trouble is that Obama has been using a Social Security Number with the prefix “042? since 1986.

I haven’t seen the complaint, but if it’s just like the article says, here’s the gist of what a successful motion to dismiss (or in some states, a demurrer) would say.
Hopefully, she added more to it, such as some of the things from the Do It Yourself Ballot Challenge Kit. Please suggest to her that she amend her complaint now, while she can do so without leave of the court.

Everything Jerry has pointed out is exactly correct. If you want to make an issue of this, you’ll need to take directly to the VOTERS. But first you’ll have to come up with a GOP nominee with the “cajones” to do this. Romney will not do it, and he will lose. Time to dirty the Messiah up a little bit, instead of playing defense, Mitt! The selective service registration and SS number are PUBLIC RECORD, unlike the birth certificate. And even if Hussein CAN hide them, make him do it very publicly. Am I the only one who can see this?

Well, if your not planning o tlinleg lies on the man .Then I dont see what the problem is here For all the white people out there What if on your job, you were going for a promotion and some of your coworkers informed the higher ups that you were a kkk member? Terry,To add to Ann’s comment, the only ietorprntatiens that matter are those of the courts and the SCOTUS in particular and the interpretation of the courts as shown in both established precedent (Wong Kim Ark among numerous others) and contemporary opinions (Ankeny v. State of Indiana, or the rulings by judges Land and Cater in Orly Taitz’s cases) imply that President Obama is a natural born citizen and therefore qualified for his office. Proof has been provided, its veracity has been confirmed by the Hawaii department of health, and the law is clear in the absence of compelling new evidence (which is unlikely to exist), this matter is settled for any reasonable person.
