No hearing, no fancy jurisprudence, no merits of the case, no evidence discussed– simply denied. This in spite of overwhelming evidence supporting Carl’s case and now proof of document fraud, too. What do you think Carl will do next? Powell case similarly denied.

Thank goodness Mr. Berg is still on the case! I’m also glad that Donald Trump has bohugrt this to the main stream media! I can’t believe so many people don’t care about this! Why was it so important to our founders that only natural born U.S. citizens be eligible to serve as President of the United States? Just look at the mess in the Middle East we don’t want someone who may have allegiances to another country calling the shots over there do we? Just looking at the decisions he’s made thus far I’m seriously concerned. I made a small donation for your efforts and I’m sharing with my friends to hopefully get more support!

Just so there’s no question… On to the Supreme Court of the United States! Though we always suspected it would go this way I’m still shocked at the flippant way they have brushed this aside. Yep, anger is seething within, especially in light of Sheriff Joe’s Press release of March 1 and 31. All the Justices that saw this and or ruled on it have, in affect, flipped every American the bird.

good try Carl, now that obama has pi… angered the Supreme Court maybe they will finally decide to look at the merits of this case. BTW, one of our Supreme Court judges here in Alabama is ready and willing to hear a case against Obama’s fake birth certificate.

No surprise that there’s corirptuon, I’ll be surprised if and when the liberal, leftie establishment turns on their anointed one.I really don’t believe that they will oppose him seriously. I hope I’m wrong.Supposing everything this guy states is accurate, I for one am not going to take advice from some fool who still believes in the demonrat party, thinking HILLARY CLINTON would be a good president!!!
