Too bad Orly doesn’t understand that Indiana courts are bound by Indiana law. Think Ankeny v. Daniels. Chalk up another loss.
Mississippi is going to be painful for birthers to watch, but don’t worry, Orly will be able to appeal ( assuming she can figure out how to properly do it). Mississippi is in the Fifth Circuit, which sanctioned Orly’s new BFF Keith Judd for filing a birther suit. Watch for Orly to be similarly sanctioned.

As a confidential soruce for the New York Times, I turned this document over to reporter Stephanie Strom months before the 2008 presidential elections and though the list includes information more complete than what the Obama campaign turned over to the Federal Election Commission, the NYT decided to bury the story MonCrief wrote on her website EmergingCorruption.com.
