Hey, this is old news for most of us, but many have no clue about it. To help ensure he doesn’t suffer in vain, we spread the word wider.
Why was Walter Fitzpatrick unjustly imprisoned and undergoing still another trial? Because he dared to question Obama’s fraudulent ascendency to the White House and challenged the corrupt grand jury and judicial system, from Monroe County, TN, right up to Federal Court, fruitlessly, under harassment, indictment, conviction and incarceration under false charges.
That makes him one of at least two men who did hard time for daring to challenge the usurper and the corrupt judicial system, along with former LTC Terry Lakin.

Fitz was never a “birther”. Obama’s lack of bono fides was always a given to Walt and he passed over that to filing charges of treason for an incident in Sampson, Al in 2009 whereby Obama committed federal troops to quell a civilian disturbance in violation of the Posse Comitatus act.
His troubles began when he pursued 18 different avenues for redress and came up blank on every one. He then attempted a citizens arrest, which is legal in TN, but was arrested himself.
Beatings, tazering, solitary confinement, sensory deprivation, theft, kidnapping, untreated medical problems, etc followed.
