The State of 2012 Election Fraud Fighting

Dear Wes (and my Activist Friends),

I agree that we need a plan.  We have (thousands indirectly) of contacts who have been intensely interested in the eligibility issue, and will participate once we do.  We will also need to publicize our efforts through Joseph Farah, Floyd Brown, Peter Boyles, Reverend James Manning, Mark Gillar, and others.  (I am in touch with all of these.) Lord Monckton has suggested we write all of the electors, but I don’t know how to get their names, etc., and they would probably not act individually.  The governors will probably also try to avoid their responsibility as have each of the 100 state SOS’s and AG’s which we recently wrote to prevent illegal candidates from state ballots.  Still we could inundate them with calls and emails, and perhaps force them to respond.

All who are copied hereon please respond with your suggestions.  The GOP will not do this, so it is up to us as citizen activists to make it happen.

P.S.  Prlease respond to me directly, rather than Reply All, as the number of emails quickly become overwhelming.  I have not Blind Copied, as I wanted you to each see that there are a number of key people being copied.  Please don’t respond, however, if you are not willing to get involved.  We have a few days off here, but there is still time to make this happen if we coordinate our efforts.  Some of you are quite good at such projects, so this shouldn’t take a huge amount of effort from most of us, if we’ll simply use our contacts and influence.  There are no doubt tens of thousands who are incensed with the voter fraud, and will follow our lead.  Many of you are, of course, hugely influential, while others have significant marketing and internet skills.

To whom it may concern,
I am sending this to you to let you know of our intended initiative “United Red States of America”.  As you well know, there is undeniable evidence of widespread voter fraud which took place in the General Elections on November 6th.  I also believe that you have put forth an initiative to call into question the issue of voter fraud.  Our planned initiative is intended to convince (4) Republican state governors in “swing” states where voter fraud in well known–Virginia, Ohio, Wisconsin and Florida–and where the “published results” show an inflated tally in favor of Obama, that it is within their power to refuse to certify these fraudulently obtained results, in which case this action could prevent their respective Electoral College delegates from casting their votes for Obama.  The net result of these (4) states withholding their delegate votes would thereby decrease Obama’s delegate total to (259)–short (11) votes from the necessary (270) needed to win the election.  It is my understanding that the state delegates are not under any legally binding rule which would cause them to cast their delegate votes in accordance with the “published results” within their respective states.
We are aware of the 1982 Consent Decree to which the Republican party agreed, and the 2012 Appeals ruling handed down by Judge Joseph Greenway, Jr., in the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals which denied the appeal from the original ruling.  However, it is our opinion that this civil decree is void on its face due to its’ unconscionable result.  Furthermore, even if the decree were to be upheld, it still remains that well documented conspiracy and criminal activity was at work in these four states (as well as others) to commit voter fraud and in so doing, crossed state lines.  It is well within the police powers of these individual states to enforce and uphold the law in this respect within their own borders.  To this end, we intend to bring this initiative to the attention of the state Attorneys General of these above mentioned states for further legal action.
Additionally, it is publicly known that tens of thousands of ballots cast by U.S. armed forces active duty members were prevented from being tallied because of “circumstances” outside their control.
We highly respect your past and present efforts to prevent and deter voter fraud throughout the U.S. and hereby request that you share your opinions and perhaps your resources to put forth this planned effort.  I thank you in advance for your prompt reply.Standing for Liberty,Ray Sweeney

Greetings All - This election is not over. This needs to go viral. Please reformat as you see fit and forward this email and attachments to anyone who can help us.

Our country is not lost –YET. I need your help ASAP. We are all fighting for our Liberty and we refuse to give up. We don’t have much time left.

There is massive evidence of voter fraud. Our military vote was massively suppressed. We have been sucker-punched and the maggots are going to get away with it if we don’t act now. This election is not over until the middle of December. Massive fraud, laws have been broken, they are trying to steal our freedom from us – and they think they have gotten away with it.

Our brilliant founding fathers have provided us with a method to save our America.

Look at the email attachment regarding the Electoral College.  Now look at the spreadsheet attached.

In the spreadsheet, notice the listing of the states and the party designation of each GOVERNOR. Notice the number of blue BATTLEGROUND states that have massive voter fraud issues AND Republican Governors(eleven of them) (Red Governors-Blue States column). Notice the total number of Electoral College votes in the blue states with Republican Governors (141).

If Romney has 206 EC votes now, he only needs to convert 64 of these 141 votes to win and our country will be saved. This would be in the history books forever!!!

If we target only four of these states (Florida, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin) and have them convert (BECAUSE OF MASSIVE FRAUD, etc…) we can get 70 votes and Romney wins 276 to 259. We save our country and our Liberty.

The electors meet in each State on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December. A majority of 270 electoral votes is required to elect the President and Vice President. No Constitutional provision or Federal law requires electors to vote in accordance with the popular vote in their State.

We can create a giant, violent UNITED RED STATES INITIATIVE and take our country back. We can do this!

Our call to action is DON”T SECEDE, UNITE WITH OTHERS WHO SHARE OUR COMMON VALUES – THE UNITED RED STATES of AMERICA.

Four Republican RED STATE Governors can save our American Republic. (Jack Scott, John Kasich, Bob McConnell and Scott Walker for example.)

Can you pick this up and run with it – help me get more big conservative personalities working on this NOW. This will give conservative Americans hope, and something to talk about with their family and friends over the Thanksgiving Holiday – then we can pick it up in a big way next Monday.

We need to plead for four Republican Governors to recognize the massive voter fraud and the massive suppression of the military vote – and refuse to issue their state’s Certificates of Ascertainment in mid-December.

If they just refuse to give their votes to Obama – he does not win, and the House of Representatives will pick the President.

Four Republican Governors can save America. Seven other states can join in if they wish, but we only need the four I have identified – we need to find a way to get the conservative Americans in these four states to rise up and put pressure on their Governor to recognize the massive, well documented voter fraud and refuse to issue their Certificates Ascertainment.

We can do this! It is going to go viral! Join us and make it a success. It is in your hands now.
