There Were Past Electoral College Challenges B.O. (Before “Obama”)

“Obama” once again skirted an Electoral College Certification challenge today, but it hasn’t always been that way. Attempts were made by Democrats to thwart both of Bush’s victories, but insufficient support was generated to move the process forward.

In 2012, there were two major issues:

1. Massive election fraud- GOP chose not to challenge this, even with many documented violations of electoral laws, which could have changed the results in some key swing states.

2. Ineligibility- Supreme Court precedents (Won Kim Ark is irrelevant, Obots)and hundreds of years of settled law say he’s ineligible, but no federal officials have been willing to challenge for years. If Congress had taken this up at multiple times in the past, it could have been put to rest, as McCain’s eligibility was in 2008, via Senate Resolution 511, not legally binding, but nonetheless, accepted. Ironically, “Obama” was a co-sponsor of this resolution, which declared McCain eligible, because BOTH of his parents were USA citizens when he was born, agreeing with the Minor v Happersett SCOTUS ruling. They skated through the birthplace issue. At that time, it was believed he was born in the Canal Zone, which was treated in many ways as if it was a U.S. territory, which it wasn’t really. Of course, it was really more complicated than that and McCain’s father was also abroad serving his country. This year, not one member of Congress would risk fighting for what was right. A sign of the times?

We believe that all members have had compelling evidence delivered to them that “Obama’s” eligibility is highly suspect, per facts and law. There are still cases pending, still possibilities for fraud cases which could dislodge him on other grounds and impeachment issues which could also accomplish that. Before you resign yourselves to a terrible fate, remember that Richard Milhous Nixon won 49 states in one of the most overwhelming victories ever, but was forced to resign in disgrace later for offenses far less than “Obama’s.”
