Why are we running this here? Because having an unconstitutional “President” and other officials passing and enforcing unconstitutional laws can result in millions of situations like this one– maybe YOU, too.
There’s already a gun ban of sorts in CA. Look at what The Peoples’ Republik of Kal-ee-Fornia is perpetrating on this fine, upstanding young Iraq veteran, currently serving at March Air Force Base. If you’re in the area Tuesday, please stop by to show your support.
Sgt Aaron Rasmussen, stationed at March AFB, is facing felony charges. It appears that he might have been set up, with a false complaint, illegally searched and charged with illegal weapons possession. The same type of weapons Sen. “Frankenstein” wants to outlaw nationwide. So, if we’re gonna do mass nullification if the Fascists pass still another unconstitutional gun ban, then we should have some kind of defense fund set up. YOU could be next. Meanwhile, Sgt. Rasmussen could use some support in court tomorrow, Jan. 29.

Update on my Case:

What to expect according to Lawyer:
We will be waiting in the hallway, when my case is called they may not let any guest in or have any room for guest. Lawyer said Friday, DA is pressing charges still (felony assault weapon (AK47) and misdemeanor concealed/unregistered) (still possible they will drop it, please pray), if they do I will plead not guilty. Tuesday we will finally get to review the police report, I plan on posting it for everyone to see, it will probably make me out to be a terrible person and full of lies but I want everyone to make their own conclusion. My Lawyer will ask the Judge to dismiss the case do to the fact they didn’t have probable cause to arrest me (detain wife and friend) and search my SUV/home, due to the false police report and other violations and issues like jurisdiction military vs. civilian. If the Judge decides to pursue, another court date will be schedule, Lawyer says she is confident at worst I may be facing only the misdemeanor (still pray that God has a better plan altogether.
Note: I have been informed not to talk about my case in detail at this point. The information I have been giving is the basics. I will be working on a full report as soon as this nightmare is over because you will find yourself in my shoes someday the way our country is going and there is much to learn from my first hand experience with the tyrants.
Your company is welcome, hopefully the word gets out that the courthouse was filled with soldiers/militia in support of a Combat Vets whose rights are being violated.

Sgt. Aaron Rasmussen, Christian,Combat Vet, Oath Keeper, Patriot and currently under investigation by the authorities due to an anonymous tip that he is a danger to himself or others at March Air Reserve Base in Moreno Valley California. This week He and his wife were arrested, there home tossed, his weapons and personal items seized. Sgt. Rasmussen Was held for 36 hours while he was interrogated by unknown agencies about his “activities” and beliefs. His reply was simple,”I took an Oath just like you did!”. Due to over crowding and the fact that the “tip” was not confirmed he is now released and told to stay in the area. He has been suspended from all duties as a FULL time Army Reserve NCO. We are now waiting for charges, more searches and of course the media to attack him and his wife. Sgt. R is my good friend and I ask you to PRAY for the protection of him and his wife and those other soldiers coming to his defense. He has retained a Retired JAG Officer from San Diego for this battle. We are projecting this will cost way more then a Military member can afford. They have disarmed him, ruined his military career and now they will destroy his family by causing him to spend all he has to remain free…..

I spoke to Sgt Rassmussen, Iraq vet, late evening Thursday. 1/24.
His hearing is at Riverside Cty Courthouse Tuesday 1/29. Not sure of time (range of 9-10 AM) and room, will try to find out
He says a short-timer commander who didn’t like him falsely accused him of being a “white supremacist,” and suicidal, a danger to himself and others, claim he brandished a weapon. He has witnesses who say otherwise. Commander reported him to police, who raided his house, with a warrant and guns drawn, searched house, detained him, wife and best friend, searched car without a warrant and over his objections, seized a new AK-47, pistol, Mini 30. Was charged.
He says that all of this is based upon a false complaint.

I apologize for the state of california on behalf of all of the citizens who are not supporters of this facist, communist and outright unconstitutional gun confiscation bullshit. This liberal left wing “its for the children….” excuse is the basis for most of theyre constitution smashing power grabs. I have kids and now more than ever Im pushing theyre personal firearms training and encourageing the purchase of many more and to ignore the illegal and unconstitutional Calif. state laws as well as federal “banned guns” list and to seek out weapons to which names cannot be traced and stash them in the local hills. I never thought it would ever come to this in my beloved USA. IM also teaching them the CONSTITUTION AND OUR “CERTAIN IBALIABLE RIGHTS” which they dont really teach in Calif. public schools anymore, SOME THINGS ARE WORTH FIGHTING AND DYING FOR AND FREEDOM IS PAID FOR IN BLOOD. I was in the Army in the seventies and am a veteran and I wish to thank SGT RASMUSSEN for his service and comitment to his country. You and all our countries service members and vets have a place in this families hearts;’God bless and keep you.
