  1. That’s a hard lesson learned, but one that I asserted to Liberty Legal before the suit or Ballot Challenges were ever filed or represented by Van Irions WHEN he chose not to include me in the actions a a Democrat Candidate for President.

Probably won’t cost him much, but its a slap he might have avoided with me as a client he represented in the action. I was trying to save him a little money.

There is no ‘standing’ in the Judicial Branch unless the a political party is
    1) A nominee of a political party
2)Is contending in the same party as a nominee.
    3)Has a competitive campaign

So much for the slap-stick campaigns for the sole purpose of a legal action from the opposing party who has no chance of getting the nomination of that party.

Taken to the degree here on a National Level, Mitt Romney is not the nominee to the Republican Party yet, or until after the National Republican Convention and really could not make a challenge to Obama’s eligibility, and that until after Obama was made the Democratic Nominee after the Democratic National Convention.

That leaves however only 1 month before the General Election and really should be a ‘pit’ for which if a party is stupid enough to elect an ‘unqualified candidate’, they deserve to have all their votes dis-enfranchised basically.

On the Democrats side that includes Obama, but means half the country. On the Republicans side, that means McCain was really one big dumb-ass (party logo) for the Democrats, not to contend Obama’s eligibility.

But we all know he was a Panama Son, bastardizing the Constitution anyway in non-binding U.S. Senate Res. 511 for his ‘natural born citizen’ qualification, and that he received a ‘naturalization citizenship’ processed from Congress for his “Citizenship” qualification as a U.S. Senator 11 months after his birth.
