Friday, 1/4/13– Last chance to influence Congress on Electoral Vote Rejection. Please call, Twitter, email, or whatever. I understand we need only one Senator and one Rep to delay the process and start a discussion, Do we have just two honest men/women left in the legislature? If so, can we get to them?
Tell them that Obama won fraudulently, that he is ineligible because he is not born in USA of TWO American citizen parents, that his vital documents are all proven forgeries or missing, per official and private investigations, that massive election fraud bears looking into. Remind them that they have been sent statements of case and evidence before and that they are legally and patriotically obligated to act upon this.

By “counting the electoral votes” the joint congress will have only performed a ministerial duty, demanded by the Constitution. Ministerial decisions are judicially reviewable, and Congress is only constitutionally responsible for the eligibility of its own members (A1S5 US Const.). The Electors are Constitutionally NOT members of the government, thus no discretionary act of a government body has been performed— i.e Obama’s eligibility is not a “political question”.

Our Congress men and women have let us down big time already. I have written them many times on this issue and always get the same response. Our hands are tied and/or Obama is legal and nothing can be done. It is not our job to educate them, we only elect them to do our bidding and when they refuse to do even that what alternatives do we have. Don’t expect miracles because, at this point, getting any one of them to uphold their sworn oath of office is exactly that, a Miracle.

Yes, you are right in what you say & yet it doesn’t seem to matter what Barry does he always gets away with it!! I know that he & his comrades are hoping that we will all give up & yet I feel like many people….I simply will not give up!!!! I get so disgusted with this man that I really am at a loss of words.
