   The main stream media can not ignore this issue much longer . It is all over the web and very soon they (the lame stream media ) will have to address this US Constitutional crises of having a criminal and a fraud sitting in the White House going by the name of Barack Hussein Obama using a stolen social security number .

   I just read the bill and I come away with one pervading question….Do the legislators actually know what the qualifications for President and VP are? I ask because, if they did know, why is it so difficult to create a document that is verifiable?

   This is a weak kneed attempt to guarantee that eligible candidates for the offices of President and Vice President appear on the Arizona ballot.. But NOWHERE is there even any mention of what those eligibility requirements may be. Meeting of the Party’s eligibility requirements for the office is the ‘demand’, but is meaningless, in the extreme, as verifying that is, for all intents and purposes, impossible unless the Party wishes to cooperate. I am not even partially assured that the party will have, or even require the correct eligibility requirements for the Presidency. It is better for it to die a quiet death than to get in the way of a more aggressive, meaningful bill.

   Penalty of Perjury for not meeting…what? There is no State requirement presented anywhere. There will be ‘no body home’ at the Party headquarters if the question every arises.

   New Hampshire has an excellent application and requirement of candidates. But it is an abysmal failure because those who could enforce it…won’t. Under the penalty of perjury, the applicant signs his certification of eligibility beneath the US Constitutional definition of Presidential eligibility…Art II, sect 1, for natural born citizen, residency and age stipulations. . No one is seemingly able, or willing, to provide an accurate definition of nbC or even demand to see a birth certificate, and thus cannot verify the accuracy of the applicant’s claims. So, there is no threat of perjury, apparently, since the truth is to be found only in an unverifiable ‘cloud’ somewhere.

   As I have made reference to on one previous occasion, Arizona has tried to legislate an erroneous definition of nbC by rather devious means. At least this is not another attempt to do that. Missouri is actively trying to redefine nbC, but hopefully have been caught.
