Virginia voter asks GOP Leader to Vet Romney, Santorum, others to ensure the GOP has a Constitutionally eligible POTUS candidate unlike ineligible Obama

08 January 2012 National GOP Mike Duncan Washington DC We certainly do not need another failure to vet a candidate. If that is the case again, then we might as well not have a Constitution. I did not hear and I am still not hearing the GOP clarify the wrong information about Article II Section 1 v. the 14th Amendment. Article II Section 1 addresses the President, Commander in Chief and the Vice President as eligibility differences in citizen. 1. Bobby Jindal does not qualify for President nor Vice President. His parents were not US Citizens. 2. Marco Rubio does not qualify for President nor Vice President. His parents were not US citizens at the time of his birth. In fact his father did not apply as a naturalized citizen until 4 years after Marco's birth. 3. Mitt Romney: his father George was born in Mexico and although George's father Gaskell was a US citizen they were not visiting Mexico at the time of George's birth, but had established residency. Miles Romney lived in Mexico as a Mexican citizen for the next two decades and until his death in 1904. Miles is buried in Colonia Dublan, Chihuahua, Mexico. Gaskell Romney also became a Mexican citizen. Gaskell and this son, George came back to the US and renounced their Mexican citizenship. Once they did this all of their Mexican property and possessions were confiscated. The Mexican Constitution was not changed until 1917, 10 years after George Romney's birth in 1907. Please address this concern in order to be eligible to run under Article II Section 1 of the US Constitution. 4. Rick Santorum: No proof has been found that Rick's father Aldo Santorum nor his father Pietro Santorum became citizens of the United States prior to Rick's birth. Article II Section 1 requires both parents to be US citizens prior to the birth. Their applications for citizenship should be on file if there is one. Catherine Dughi Santorum has not produced the proper documentation nor proof that her husband was a a citizen prior to Rick's birth. Please address this concern in order to be eligible to run. Ignoring this does not and will not make it go away. This fact will effect the primary votes and the national election. It is best to clear this up now rather than later. Until this is proven, I can not vote for either Santorum or Romney and I am not the only person raising this question. As a political party we should address this issue because if we do not prior to the election then the Democrats will. Just as we did on Obama. The constitution will prevail. Please advise. So Far we have had McCain,Obama and now Romney ALL witth questionable Citizenship status. WTF is going on?

Early Members of the LDS Church were being imprisoned for practicing poligamy. Therefore, certain men fled to Mexico to excape imprisonment. These men had married pural wives. Then a law was passed declaring poligamy to be illegal. Rather than facing the possiblilty of imprisonment and not being able to provide for their families they fled to Mexico. If George Romney was born in Mexico, these are the circumstances surrounding that.

Congress persons are unwilling to start and investigation Obama. Unless things have changed the Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States of America don’t seem to be interested in a search for justice include the most liberal ones and Obama’s appointees.
Will our military Generals step in and stabalize our government before we have no human rights left? After this brief incursion we could set up new Democratic nominees for President and Vice President and not ignoring credible Republican candidates for both positions. Then would come the vote for a restored Democracy instead of a Saul Alinsky/Obama federalized Communistic nation.
