   The Sunday edition of the Columbus Dispatch (http://www.dispatch.com/content/stories/local/2012/09/16/voter-rolls-in-ohio-are-bloated-experts-say.html), in which readers were informed that “more than one out of every five registered Ohio voters is probably ineligible to vote.”

   Furthermore, “in two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeds the voting age population: Northwestern Ohio’s Wood County shows 109 registered voters for every 100 eligible, while in Lawrence County along the Ohio River it’s a mere 104 registered per 100 eligible.” One Colorado county had a 140% of the population cast votes. NOT 140% of the registered voters…140% of the total population! Another in Colorado had 109% of the population cast votes. Sure don’t want to disenfranchise those minorities like Holder said would happen if you had voter ID.

   31 more counties in Ohio report over 90 percent voter registration, which is a good 20 percent higher than the national average. The Buckeye State sure is civic-minded! Well, except that 1.6 million of the 7.8 million registered voters in the state haven’t voted in at least four years. So I guess they were civic minded, once upon a time.

   Nationwide, the Pew Center for the States estimates about 24 million ineligible voter registrations, including “more than 1.8 million dead people listed as voters; about 2.75?million with voter registrations in more than one state; and about 12 million voter records with incorrect addresses, meaning either the voters moved or errors in the information make it unlikely any mailings can reach them.”

   The men and women who risk their lives to preserve freedom for all Americans are at risk of losing one of the very freedoms they protect.

   Overseas military absentee voting was abysmal in 2008 — only 20 percent of overseas military turned in absentee ballots — and it looks like it’s going to be even worse in 2012. In Virginia and Ohio, military and overseas ballots have fallen 70 percent since 2008, according to the Military Voter Protection Project. Ohio received only 9,700 ballots in September, whereas in September 2008, it received 32,000.

   So, why aren’t soldiers voting? In many cases they simply can’t, and they have their commander in chief, President Obama, to blame.

   Hundreds of thousands of our uniformed personnel have been shut out of the process, and we can thank the Obama administration and even the Obama campaign for this tragedy. After poor turnout in 2008, Congress passed the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment (Move) Act to ensure that all military are provided with the opportunity to vote. The act put standards in place, such as mailing absentee ballots no later than 45 days before an election and requiring installation voting assistance offices to be built at most military bases and posts.

   The Pentagon has utterly failed to meet these standards.

   CBS News: “Tampa-area resident and Navy captain Peter Kehring has spent more than 30 years in the U.S. military. But due to Florida GOP Gov. Rick Scott’s recent purge of voter rolls, Kehring will not be able to cast a vote on Election Day, reports Tampa CBS affiliate WTSP….And he’s not alone: Kehring is among 30 active and reserve service members in the Tampa area who have contacted the Hillsborough County Supervisor of Elections office, according to WTSP.”

   This is the danger of voter purges just before the election—false positives which disenfranchise eligible voters. Voter cleanup needs to happen in the off-season. Better yet, we need to rationalize and nationalize registration for federal elections.

   Between St. Lucie and Broward Counties, we have a pretty good idea what happened in Florida. Normal voting is what, 50% turnout? It doesn’t take many counties like this to affect an entire state by multiple percentage points.

   All of these numbers between 99% (Pennsylvania) and 141.1% (Florida) turnout in dozens of counties in swing states makes me think Team Obama was panicking a lot just before the election, with Mitt up by 7% in certain early voting polls. They overcompensated so much the fraud is impossible to hide. I think they know it, which may be one reason Axelrod is stepping down. (Sound familiar Petraeus and Benghazi?)

   As I told someone earlier today, this is who Obama is. This is who Chicago (the machine) is. Do we really want this to be who America is? Is this how we will define our elections from 2008 on? As Mitt says, “America can do better.” We must do better. We can’t let the message be out there that America will let this fraud go.

   Did you know voters can request a recount in certain states? (Ohio, Virginia, Florida, Wisconsin!) Take a look at the comment by @RightonMainSt dated November 9, 2012 11:45 PM below for instructions! Mitt will have to ask in Colorado himself. (Yes, you Mitt!)

   It has also been suggested that we ask Republican Secretaries of State NOT to certify the election until all questions about voter fraud are abated. Some people think this may provoke a crisis, but it can’t be worse than the one we are looking at for the next four years and the impact on generations to come! America NEEDS Mitt, and Mitt won fair and square. This was not a ballot stuffing competition but an election. Let’s make sure it’s counted that way!

   It is apparent that voter fraud will not be investigated and that should raise serious questions … Just who will defend our ballots … and who is behind this massive fraud? Both parties? Why? Who is selling out whom?

   The RNC/GOP obviously will not defend the hundreds of cases of reported fraud… its been reported that some precincts in Florida had 99% voter turn out or more… and the RNC/GOP does nothing? The House of Representatives must open immediate hearings into voter fraud… they can refuse ‘Electors’ from States where clear irregularities and open voter fraud is indicated… until, a proper recount can be made. However it appears the fix is in and Boehner will ignore his duty to protect our ballots from voter fraud.

   If the GOP/RNC fails to defend our voting rights then the People… must assemble by the millions, in every capitol demanding the government resign… subject to new elections and the passage of a ‘term limits’ Amendment… one that bars any incumbent or elected official from holding office. We must clean up our electoral process if we are to have any confidence in our government being of the people, by the people and for the people.

   In fact, Speaker Boehner can call for public hearings regarding the Pres. Constitutional eligibility to hold his office… subpoena the original records for his birth certificate, obtain all official documents regarding his College education, investigate the irregularities regarding his Selective Service registration and social security number(s)… and any other claims regarding his citizenship and legal right to be President.

   After all, it is the House Of Representatives that is specifically charged with vetting the President to determine his eligibility to be president…. If Obama has noting to hide let him become that TRANSPARENT PRESIDENT he said he would be.

   Fact: The popular vote results reported by the respective secretaries of state of the key swing states last night are a little more than suspect. The concession by Mr. Romney and the GOP was, at best, premature. The election results are not official until the party electors meet to vote the electoral votes in each state. There is time to take action.

   The American public needs to answer the call. It couldn’t get much more clear than this: the Republic is in deep trouble. The ship of state is foundering.
