GeorgeM , You are correct to reserve judgement because most US judges have turned their backs on the US Constitution and the rule of law . Maybe just maybe this judge will stand by what he has said about enforcing the US Constitution .

When Judge Carter did a 180 on Keyes, Barnett, Dake, et al v Obama, after hiring Robert Bauer’s employee, I lost most faith I had left in the judicial system. That is such a blatant and corrupt conflict of interest that he should have been thrown out of the judiciary then and there. I was at the Oct. 09 hearing in Santa Ana, CA, when the mysterious new Clerk was in the gallery, stage right.
