All candidates in the State of Wisconsin , including a candidate for President of the United States , must file a sworn document (Declaration of Candidacy) certifying that the candidate meets the qualifications for the office. Issues concerning the qualifications of candidates for the Office of President of the United States will be resolved by Congress as part of its certification of the results of the Electoral College.
