Most reports of the hearings, emails received and questions we get assume that there was only one case at the hearings in Atlanta and that only one attorney was there. Actually there were:

I just hope no one caves in and this man gets away with ignoring a subpoena. Cause if this is the case he he will be allowed to do just about anything he wants. I mean why would anyone vote Obama would just have acorn count the ballots and surprise he would win maybe he would just declare war on Georgia and have them bombed I mean who would turn to for help the court’s like Joe Biden would say this is a big–cking deal I for one and I’m sure I’m not alone. Is sick and tired of this chicago gangster style politics we either stop him now or down the road a little bit but he must be stopped

One more thing I have not seen this in any paper Fox news CBS CNN turning channels since Thursday. Not a thing I called my congressman to find out what to do to get him off Pennsylvania ballot they said they don’t get involved in that I called the attorney general from Pennsylvania got hung up on we do people have no one but this is the straw that will break the camel back if you can hang on and not be intimidated the people will stand behind you I’m sure that if sick and tired of all this crap. This is scary stuff

Get ready to bust loose with this if Judge Malihi or Georgia Secretary of State Kemp officially state that Obam fails eligibility.

Obama was born a dual citizen as he claimed in the 2008 election, but he lied by saying that losing foreign nationalities by age 23 somehow made him eligible to be a US President. It was a grave error that he got through the system and is now a sitting president. In part, I blame media, but the education system failed the people too.
Everybody reading this, aiding his crimes, and not acting to protect the US Constitution is guilty of misprision of felony. (18USC Sec. 4. Misprision of felony, 18USC Sec. 2382. Misprision of treason, UCMJ 134/95 Misprision of Serious Offense). To avoid charges of misprision, you must report knowledge of the felony or treason to any magistrate judge or military flag officer or any US State governor.
Or you will be held accountable.

So what is the latest update on the 4cases in Atlanta. I know Kemp wimped out, and is allowing Obama on the Ballot if I heard right. What is going on with the rest, the phony SS number and birth certificate??

Of course, all 4 cases were dismissed on absurd grounds. Kemp allowed “Obama” onto the ballot. all three attorneys intended to appeal., Last I heard, the judge disqualified Taitz. She is the only one presenting a case for the phony BC, SS #’s, Selective Service Registration, falsified tax return and EVerify fail.

Is the David Oxley mentioned here the same predator who was arrested in North Carolina last December? It’s a common name, but I was hoping the arrested Oxley was deported after they shipped him off to ICE.
